The Great Woodhaven Yard Sale was founded in 2013 and is an annual event where households in Woodhaven and nearby communities all participate in having yard sales on the same day.  The Woodhaven Residents' Block Association promotes the event in the press, on social media and in businesses on our commercial district.  People come from all corners of NYC and beyond to visit the various households that participate to treasure hunt and purchase those special items that can no longer be found in stores and online.
