The Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association (WRBA) was founded as an association of community “blocks” in the early 1970’s and incorporated in March of 1972. As time passed, and technology made communicating with neighbors simpler, the WRBA needed to reimagine how the organization functioned in the 21st century. That will always be an ongoing process. But what will not change is our commitment to help keep Woodhaven an amazing place to live, shop, gather and raise a family.
